I don't seem to have tannin sensitivity, but I get headache from pomengranate juice. What other possible explanations?

I am not prone to migraines so I'm not sure that's what this is. And since there is little to no accompanying pain, it would be a "silent migraine". I'm definitely experiencing some associated fatigue and stomach problems though. Pretty typical... (more)

I haven't had an occular migraine in months (knock on wood.) For a while, I was getting a couple a week and saw a couple doctors. For me, I believe I traced it back to a folate / b12 issue.

My diet has evolved to Paleo, thank goodness! I get migraines within 30-40 mins after my kettlebell workout but not after every workout. Has anyone had that problem and has paleo helped?

I used to get migraines from ANY kind of stress. Sleep deprivation seems to be the worse stressor. But you add on to that other things, that doesn't help. NO ONE ever gets stronger by exercising. Sorry to shock you. People get stronger by... (more)
