I have built 2 homes, both were under $10K, including power and water systems (solar and rain catchment). The smallest of the 2 was 1250 square feet. Tiny houses are cute, but after living many years in buses, tents, huts, apartments, etc,... (more)

TLDR: I want to live a long time and stay in good physical and mental shape. How much exercise do I need, and what kinds are best? I'm not trying to lose weight. Let's not dwell on muscle mass right now either. I'm 28 years old, 6'2 and under... (more)

I enjoy doing the Tabata routine. Easier for you to google than for me to explain, takes 8 minutes a few times a week. I also do 15 minutes weight lifting every other day. That's it accept for some walking the dog. More than enough to whip me... (more)

This is more an intellectual exercise than a practical question as I have no intention of limiting my diet to a handful of foods. But, I'm curious. If I were to, say, eat only fatty muscle meat, organ meat, fatty fish, dark leafy greens, and sea... (more)
