Hi y'all! I am a freshman at university in Georgia, where to be frank, it is too hot to exercise outside. As a college student, my windows of free time are pretty limited, as well, so it is no longer possible for me to actively be active every... (more)

Was just reading that book by McGuff ("Body by Science"), and definitely second that recommendation by epollux. Basically tells you that when you do exercise go all out intense and for a short period of time, only once every seven days or so,... (more)

This is more an intellectual exercise than a practical question as I have no intention of limiting my diet to a handful of foods. But, I'm curious. If I were to, say, eat only fatty muscle meat, organ meat, fatty fish, dark leafy greens, and sea... (more)

I don't have money to buy VFF. I have a pair of high-top converse all-stars. Nails, shards of glass, etc. litter my only running areas, thus, I am not going barefoot running - especially since I go in the early morning, when it is dark. Have... (more)
