Better make those uphill sprints... nothing drastic--a gentle slope will do. 100-120 yds. at least 8-10 times (2-3x/week) will do wonders.

I just sleep on a yoga mat. I got it for $20 at Target. Then again, I live in Miami so the temperature of the floor is never an issue (in summer I sleep directly on the floor to take advantage of the cooler temp).

Inov-8s are better for CrossFit simply because there are certain high impact things that are difficult to do with Vibrams (I've tried both). Take for instance high repetition box jumps, Vibrams aren't very good for this as they have very little... (more)
