Cordian allows diet soda which is where this comes from (almost verbatim) it's not exactly wrong, just out-of-date.

Does the source of your information on diet and health determine how you accept the information? Do you question and research into advice from paleo* online/book sources as you would from your Primary Care doctor or other conventional... (more)

I do what feels good and I don't trust other peoples advice. The only way you know paleo works is once you feel what it does to your body and you just wont want to go back.
