For my fight, I drink coconut water right after weigh inns, plus I was eating steak, veggies, and sweet potatoes. Every 30 minutes I was eating small meals. I weighed in at 135lbs and went back to my walk around weight at 150lbs.Good luck Osu (more)

I would say as long as you're eating a clean diet, eating when hungry, eating to satiety, getting enough rest and recovery time, you should be fine. Making sure you get enough protein to repair your muscles is likely not a big concern if you're... (more)
