What percentage of your daily intake is fat, would you say? I stick around 80% fat, while staying around 10g carbs every day. I'm rarely hungry, and tend to eat only once per day (around 5-6PM). Works for me.

Conventionally, FOr active individual--it's .7-1g per body weight lb. For sedentary-- .5 gram g per body weight For you--77 grams. If you start strength training, I would recommend adding more.
