Coconut oil. It moisturizes skin like no other oil (and it smells good too!).

Most winters I'm constantly slathering on moisturizer, lip balm, etc but this year I haven't had to do that at all (about 12 months paleo) Has anyone else had such luck? I don't even need conditioner for my hair anymore. Just shampoo
