I think if you eat a balanced paleo diet you wouldn't need to take these.. especially the calcium, if you are not eating grains then you don't need as much calcium. mark sisson says it better in this video.... (more)

I'm just wondering if you're only deficient in one things, why take a multi? Why not just eat more foods that contain thiamine? Sources - asparagus, kale, cauliflower, liver (beef, pork, and chicken), and eggs.
