I have been tracking my nutrients and have found that each day I end up deficient in almost all of them. I know I could take a multivitamin but I believe this is not the best, most holistic, natural approach. The vitamins are nit taken in in the... (more)

I'm new to this so bare with me if you have already covered this topic. What are your thoughts on multivitamins and other supplements. For all the power litters, do you use creatine? Thanks for your time.

If you're eating high quality food I don't think supplements are worth the cost. I used to take a few, including creatine, and found that they really didn't help that much. Factor in the possibility that some of that stuff can take a toll on your... (more)
