I do think that it has something to do with sodium. When I first went low-carb paleo, I would do vigorous cardio at my college gym (sweating a lot!). Almost every night, I would wake up in the middle of the night with a charlie horse or calf... (more)

For a long time (years, since I was a kid) I'd get heartburn. I don't know how long I've had the muscle aches, but at least in the past couple of years the heartburn was accompanied by muscle aches and the only thing that would help the muscle... (more)

I used to have the same issue and determined that it was definitely predominantly the result of grains, specifically wheat. Like clockwork, every time I have a little grain fest, there it is.
