Wow, where to begin. First off that's not hypercholesterolemia, as even mainstream medicine puts the cutoff at a TC of 200 mg/dL. For reference, when I went crazy eating butter my TC hit 391. Panicking at 191 is kind of funny, actually. You... (more)
