Coconut oil is ~130 calories a tablespoon. The item you linked to is 3 softgels per serving, and 25 calories from fat, per serving. So, 25 / 130 = .19, round up to .20 or 1/5 for ease sake. That's one-fifth of tablespoon per serving, or 3/15 of a... (more)

It seems I get a bet of nausea and acid reflux right after a drink cream on an empty stomach. I use ecological cream and I take lactrase enzymes with it so that the lactose won't be a problem. Why do I get this symptoms?

Michele_7 0 · April 24, 2013 at 1:23 PM

Lactose may not be the problem. Lots of people cannot tolerate casein, which is a protein found in milk. There is no pill to reduce casein, like there is for lactose. A big dose of fat on an empty stomach may cause reflux.
