oh well,the worst case scenario is that you can damage your gastrointestinal tract which is likely to cause an irriration in your stomach and some stomach aches as well but cayenne pepper also contains capsaicin which can cause some weight loss :-) (more)

I hear all about these fish oil burps being disgusting, but I have had a different effect. I have fish oil farts, ugg slippers and normally mine don't smell, but wow, these are the worst I have ever smelled before. (more)
