In your opinion, what food (or "food product") symbolizes or represents all that is wrong with the Neolothic Diet? A question was asked previously about the worst neolithic ingredient, but I'm curious about what food item that non-paleo folks eat... (more)
I recently saw a breakfast cereal that made me cringe. It could not be part of anyone's diet, except SAD. It was little chocolate bars inside some wheat. I thought I was going to become type II just watching the commercial. It didn't even look... (more)
It's summer time and when I hear that annoying ice cream truck roll through the neighborhood to sell neolithic toxins to the poor ignorant children sometimes I just want to throw a rock at it. Anyone else feel similar?
UGH! I had an experience this past weekend that I can only describe as a "Neolethal Booby-Trap" (NBT): I decided to try a local "authentic" Spanish restaurant/bar, possessing rave reviews for their variety and quality of tapas and small plates.... (more)

There are packaged foods you can get that aren't advertised as paleo that are cleaner than that. That just strikes me as odd that they would take the time to wrap it up in the paleo wrapping and have the ingredients list be paragraphs long
Yes, you read that correctly, I enclosed "eating" in quotation marks. Whaffing is a new way of consuming food, without all that pesky, out-dated business of actually chewing, swallowing and absorbing nutrients. Le Whaf is a futuristic new... (more)

Spectrum butter flavored shortening is not hydrogenated, no trans fats, and is organic. It's great for many things, but wow, try it when baking cookies. Better than butter!!!
