It's summer time and when I hear that annoying ice cream truck roll through the neighborhood to sell neolithic toxins to the poor ignorant children sometimes I just want to throw a rock at it. Anyone else feel similar?

Yes. You have to ask EVERYWHERE. Not only do most restaurants use soy oil, it is HYDROGENATED soy oil. That's what they're cooking your food in, too, so beware. It's not just the butter on the table. I have not had any success in getting anything... (more)

I purchased some Spectrum Butter Flavored Veg Shortening--it is really just Palm Oil and the natural flavoring is from Sunflower oil. Is this Primal OK ?
