How much sodium are you getting? I found more sodium, less potassium really helps with the neurological issues I've had (especially tingling).

try alternating between 3 meals a day and one big meal a day (preferably dinner). eating can exacerbate many autoimmune conditions.

If you mean neuropathy due to diabetes, then yes, grains and sugar are implicated. Once diabetic, uncontrolled hyperglycemia causes neuropathy. Any carbohydrate at that point is not helpful (even excess protein is a problem). Causes of T2 diabetes... (more)
