Run it through one of the online food programs like cronometer or paleotrack to see what the %'s are. Looks like a lot of protein as you mentioned. Might consider adding some potatoes, sweet or regular to the mix.

It is actually cheaper eating if you do it with that in mind. Consider how much a bag of chips cost and a six pack of coke. Replace that with some home fried sweet potato slices and a glass of brewed ice tea, no sugar if you are man enough.... (more)

The average weight loss is a useless number in this situation since everyone is different. You should expect your weight to eventually get to your optimal weight, and stay there provided you stay paleo. The number isn't really important.
