Thanks for the advice. I threw out all the SAD food in my house - which was difficult considering I have young children addicted to gold-fish crackers and pretzels.

Run it through one of the online food programs like cronometer or paleotrack to see what the %'s are. Looks like a lot of protein as you mentioned. Might consider adding some potatoes, sweet or regular to the mix.
