Just starting Paleo. How many times a day do you typically eat? I am used to eating 6 times a day, 3 meals and 3 snacks. I am not sure about eating high fat 6 times a day. Help please!
Eat when you are hungry. Eat as much as you want. I used to eat the way you describe. Measuring and counting. LOL Now, I eat twice a day, as much as I want. Your body will adjust when you get off the carb merry-go-round.

It's not just ketosis, but also sugar & salt withdrawal combined with fluid re-regulation. Make sure you are drinking enough water and getting adequate minerals in your diet.

I cannot believe one can eat too much pumpkin. There are paleo populations who eat 60% calories in sweet potatoes, nutritionally very similar to pumpkin, and they have no diseases of civilization. I think you are doing very well.
