Anyone on PlaeoHacks working shift-work? Just wondering how you adjust your diet around that time: how much do you eat, when you eat. I work on 12 hour rotations, usually 6 to 6 or 10 to 10. Anyone has advice that really works for them? I... (more)

Intermittent fasting can free up your schedule; as fasts of 12, 24, 36 or even 48 hours are not unheard of on an established ketogenic diet. Meals get larger, intervals get longer; aggregate cooking time doesn't scale up as much as volume - so... (more)

I've been on thirds for since January. I know the havoc working nights (3:30p-3:30a) can cause a body and decided to compensate as much as possible by vastly improving my diet. In fact I probably wouldn't have gone Paleo if it wasn't for working... (more)
