I don't think it matters what time of day you eat the orange I think the body absorbs vitamin C regardless of the time of day

I've woken up with diarrhea two separate times...and I ate late both nights. But I also had canned salmon both nights. Would the salmon be causing my diarrhea? Or just eating late at night? How could eating late cause this if it his is the problem? (more)

I'd do the opposite. I find that a bit of starch with supper helps me sleep and avoiding it during the day keeps appetite low. I also really like IF...missing breakfast cuts my appetite a lot.

Sure, you can brush your teeth before and after bed, but what about the in-between? I would think having fresh breath in the morning would be a plus for married couples? Am I wrong?

How long have you been paleo? It took several months for my GERD symptoms to finally stop. I still have flareups if I cheat and eat a little too much dairy. I am pretty sure it would come back full force if I eat gains at all.

I don't know, but ever since I started eating paleo I don't feel the need to eat anything after dinner. Perhaps it's a sign that you are not eating enough earlier in the day if you are still hungry?
