Eat dates, bananas, and Whole (including the seeds/core) apples, at least 5, 1, 1 a day, respecively. and don't forget to drink lots of water. that should help you achieve healthy bowel movements whilst keeping you in ketosis.

I will "hand-scrub" if I'm feeling gritty, like post-workout or if I haven't showered in a couple days, or if I've been down at the beach. Otherwise, I don't worry about it, a rinse does the job just fine.

I'll just throw some meat n veggies in a slow cooker at night, add some gelatin in the morning and BOOM, super easy awesome food. Cook time is 8 hours but prep time is <15 minutes. If you don't have 15 minutes a day you're kidding yourself. (more)
