This is fairly common with women that go too low on carbs. Try upping to 50-75 g a day via white rice. Split it up with each meal.

I'll just throw some meat n veggies in a slow cooker at night, add some gelatin in the morning and BOOM, super easy awesome food. Cook time is 8 hours but prep time is <15 minutes. If you don't have 15 minutes a day you're kidding yourself. (more)

Who said you need to give up brushing!? I do no-poo and no-soap, but I brush my hair, and I'm a male. Brushing is important to spread around your hair's natural oils.
