I am having 500g of mince with fat = 1000 cals In two meals Then I have an egg yolk, some goose fat, tallow, duck fat and coconut oil. Barely hitting 1500 Carbs make me feel really awful even veg. I think I have leaky gut so avoid... (more)

What percentage of your daily intake is fat, would you say? I stick around 80% fat, while staying around 10g carbs every day. I'm rarely hungry, and tend to eat only once per day (around 5-6PM). Works for me.

I run for about 20 mins a day or will do some relaxing yoga, but in college I don't eat much, about 1,500 and now that I'm on break I checked and I really am having a tough time eating the full 2000 I'm apperantly supposed to get being 5'7,... (more)
