Hello, guys. I've searched around for my problem, and I just can't seem to find a solid answer. Both of my thighs are numb, with my left thigh the worst. It feels like what your lips would go through after getting the numb shot from a dentist. I... (more)

I had sore/numbish thighs for a while too.. Since I've started implementing more interval sprints and kettlebell training into my workouts they've eased up! Maybe you could give that a go? I'm getting a lot better results from HIIT vs long drawn... (more)

I've had cold hands and feet for as long as I can remember. Through all my dietary evolutions. Sometimes my fingers would get so numb the only way to warm them up would be warm water. This condition has gotten dramatically better over that past... (more)

While exercising on an elliptical, both my feet go numb at the 2 mile mark (i.e., after about buring 250 calories or at the 25 minute mark). Any idea? The parts that go numb are all 10 toes and the toe mounds: about top 1/3 of the foot. ... (more)

A friend of mine has been having these cold, numb and white fingers and toes. It appears to be Raynaud's 'disease'. Cold (especially when humid) is the major cause, maybe some stress... Does anyone have any experience or paleo tips for her? She's... (more)
