I am a 27-year-old, 5'4" female who has had a weight gain of about 10 pounds in the last 6 months, going from about 121 to 132 lbs. My question is, how much of this could be related to gains in muscle mass (vs. just fat increase)? My weight gain... (more)

I started doing Paleo in order to increase my energy and to prevent my PCOS from turning into diabetes, not to lose weight. But I've noticed that a lot of folks around here lose weight without trying to. I'm worried that if I lose weight, toxins... (more)

Hi! This is my first post, so if I made any mistakes, please let me know. :) I'm nursing my 2 month old and am finding that, in order to eat Paleo, I barely have time to do anything but cook, eat, and nurse. I have three related questions: Is... (more)
