I find that I automaticly gets put off from eating to much liver. It just doesent taste good after more than 300-400 g. When I havent consumed it for 4-5 days it tastes good again :)

Well, your current diet looks pretty good to this layman. 2.1-2.3k calories might be high if your goal is to rapidly lose fat, but that's always going to be a tradeoff with performance in the short term. I'm more of a meat/animals guy myself,... (more)
