Ok so gradually I have been able to phase out carbs. I would start with doing Paleo + dairy and then over time my demand for dairy products would go so I didn't need that either. So I was getting along really well until I was forced to eat carbs.... (more)

Organic greens (spinach, kale, salad greens, etc.), liver, grassfed butter, bone broth, meat, wild caught fish - especially salmon. Good quality extra virgin olive oil, red palm oil. What's not paleo: spam!

How hard was it for grok to get into a coconut? Should we treat coconut meat/butter similar to that of other nuts? The challenge of harvesting the edible portion is so great but worth the nutritional density.
