I think crossfit is overrated. 90% of the battle is diet, and $120 a month to deal with the remaining 10% seems ridiculous. Chances are high they will overtrain you, and you will end up fighting the 90% battle while injured and therefore more... (more)

Nope. People on all muscle meat may have deficiencies, but those cultures who focus on meat only seek out and specifically consume offal and glands that most people miss.

Folate is the other major dietary limiting factor besides iron and B12, but as 12.7 isn't abnormal I doubt you're deficient. Raising a normal hemoglobin is probably not going to happen without external tricks like chambers/altitude training or... (more)
