Nope. People on all muscle meat may have deficiencies, but those cultures who focus on meat only seek out and specifically consume offal and glands that most people miss.

it is vitamin B2 - riboflavin. What it means is that your kidneys are working and you are consuming more B2 that your body needs.

Folate is the other major dietary limiting factor besides iron and B12, but as 12.7 isn't abnormal I doubt you're deficient. Raising a normal hemoglobin is probably not going to happen without external tricks like chambers/altitude training or... (more)

If you're just eating real food, and you have the appetitie to eat more of it, then you should be fine. I'd just say keep mixing it up in case some of your food sources aren't as clean as you'd like.
