Hi Everyone, Been about a zillion years since I've posted here, but I'm still alive and kicking. (Or so they tell me.) I'd like to tell you what I'm up to, and then hopefully I can get some input from Paleo/Primal/real-food eaters in... (more)
I went to my doctor (not my regular doc) today to get some basic blood work done, when asked about my diet regime and informed her on my paleo lifestyle, i literally got scolded on my eating habits. All i could do was sit there and get preached... (more)
I do CrossFit 3 times a week, jiu jitsu 2x/week and muay thai 2x/week, plus other general sports activities for fun. I'm looking for a good paleo nutritionist who understands the demands of sports but would like to try to eat a mostly paleo diet... (more)
My brother is trying to lose weight and has tried Paleo and other diets but nothing has worked. I've tried to counsel him but for various reasons my influence is limited. I think he needs some one on one counseling to help. Perhaps someone who is... (more)
I was just wondering if someone can give me a path to becoming a nutritionist and the different things one can become from there. Just any wisdom in general would help.
