No, really don't think sugar can be anti-inflammatory, must have been something else. I think it's well established that sugar is pro-inflammatory.

I use coconut oil + a pinch of Uncle Harry's remineralization powder. Started doing this after I chipped a molar; after a week I could tell a difference in gum sensitivity around that area. Oh, and don't forget to floss on a regular basis! (more)

and even if it doesnt pull out toxins, it still has all your mouth bacteria and any loose plaque or tartar.......spit dat shit out, then take a scoop for the road

A family member wants to try it, but dislikes the smell and taste of coconut. I'm thinking, something with a high MUFA and low PUFA content. Avocado oil, maybe?
