Up your veggie intake. Also, look into oil pulling. Sleep around 10 o'clock at most. Do you wash your hair with shampoo everyday? Do you wash your body and face with soap everyday? Try to cut these frequencies down. This is what helped me.

Cut out dairy and your skin should produce less oil. You can also take cod liver oil to control the amount of oil your skin produces.

Hmmm... paleo fixed my super-oily skin and hair. I would make sure your omega three levels are fairly substantial as acne-prone skin (which is often oily skin) is usually deficient in it. Other than that, do try to give it time. Getting gluten and... (more)
