Chicken liver has a good ratio? Says who? Cronometer says 1 kg of raw chicken liver has 48 g of fat, 13 g of PUFA, and 49:1 omega-6:3. Just assume that fat composition is uniform within each animal. Poultry and pork will by their natural diets... (more)
