Costco sells Wild Planet sardines packed in EVOO for a very good price (around $9.99 for a six pack). The can is BPA free. Probably the most reasonable way to get a high omega 3 fish to eat. Mash the sardines with avocado for a great treat. (more)

Asprey says stay away from Omega-6 acids, but I find that coconut, eggs, and avocado are all sources. Can anybody clear this up for me? Sorry if it's common sense I'm just overlooking. If you just want to debate Bulletproof please don't bother.... (more)

the Nutrex Hawaii Hawaiian Spirulina is a decent source of GLA, no LA as far as I know, also a good source of natural Beta-Carotene and Zeaxanthin. Since it is a whole food supplement it is probally better than taking borage or evening primrose oil. (more)

Other than walking in and asking over and over, anyone know of restaurant chains that cook with fat/butter instead of poison?
