Nuts, fruits, and starchy foods (sweet potatoes especially) make me gain weight. Too high carb or calories, I guess.

I have a friend who always buys a memory foam topper and just puts that on the floor. He can't sleep on anything else and he can take it with him when spending the night somewhere. Says it's the best sleep he's ever had.

Why was I leaner on a SAD than the paleo diet. Mod protein mod carbs low fat compared to mod protein high'ish fats low carb? Training has not changed... Please hack my thoughts

Not too useful for those on a paleo diet. But useful for those on a SAD diet (the majority of the nation). I have no issues with it.
