Not a whole lot. The controls for "organic" tags on things are pretty loose. In general, "Organic" means that there was no growth hormone or ABX used on the animal, and at least a portion of its diet was "organic" food. No hormones/no ABX added... (more)

Personally, I would try to eliminate it for a month, then add it back in. If there is no change, then you're good. If you can't do a month, then try at least 2 weeks before adding it back in.

Not 99 Ranch but I've never felt so miserable eating meat as when I eat meat from the Korean market in K-Town. I've never bought the fish but the pork and beef they sell makes me feel horrible. I guess I get what I pay for.
