Nobody's perfect....NOBODY!! We all get off track from time to time. It's normal. The key is that you recognize it and want to do the right thing. Cut WAY back on carbs and your cravings will subside. GOOD LUCK MATE!!

I would address the binges and not worry so much about ketosis. Chances are that you are binging because you are needing some micronutrients. Are you taking Magnesium? Getting enough Zinc? Do you eat liver? Seafood? (more)
