I wouldn't see why not...Grok probably had days where he ate a lot followed by days where he ate very little...our bodies are adapted for that...but if you're concerned, you could try to normallize how much you eat each day.

Nobody's perfect....NOBODY!! We all get off track from time to time. It's normal. The key is that you recognize it and want to do the right thing. Cut WAY back on carbs and your cravings will subside. GOOD LUCK MATE!!

Sounds like nutrient deficiencies. Try some bone broth, liver and some hard cheese. Not all supplements absorb well.
