A lot of people in the paleo world seem to talk about burst training for their workouts. I want to know if doing 90 minutes of p90x is too much intense working out in one day. Is 15 minutes of burst training enough?

You should talk to your Dr. tell them your problem and ask for a full blood test which includes Test, estrogen, LH, cortisol, Vit D levels, B, estradiol, and all the normal tests.
