Sounds like a gastrointestinal issue. Maybe gastritis or stomach irritation? You be surprised that is can cause all of those symptoms, including the back pain.

If wine makes you feel bad then don't drink it. You probably don't eat wheat due to inflammation so why drink if it causes inflammation. Find other means of recreation. Maybe knitting or something.
