I've only been Paleo for about 2 weeks now. Breakfast is easy, so is lunch... but when dinner rolls around all I think about is cheese and grains (aka I crave Pizza!!). Anyone have any ideas to help keep me on track??

With thanksgiving coming around I picked up some delicious french whipped cream from Costco. On the label 15g is 45 cals with 2g of sugar the rest being fat.  Been stuffing my face with it.  Seems paleo enough for me!

I'm 53 and was just having mild thyroid numbers. Naturopath put me on thyroid meds and told me to stay away from grains and potatoes. I have lost 16 pounds and finally feeling great. I don't count calories at all.

About 3 ounces of liver a week. Too much liver can actually make things worse. Also, your thyroid needs to be working well. Low vitamin A is a frequent cause of acne but not the only one.
