Hey all, I created a new organic Paleo bar inspired by the ancient Mayan diet and Im doing a Kickstarter campaign on it within 2 weeks.  Is this something I can share on here?  Thanks!

I'm not sure they used anything or even bathed. Bathing wasn't done regularly even just a few hundred years ago unless you were wealthy. So 10,000 years ago, I doubt it was done at all.  (more)

Lift heavy 3-4x/week (mostly compound lifts), sprint 2-3x/week (100 yd sprints at the track), walk 2+ miles daily (during my lunch at work) then some random short runs and bodyweight stuff when I feel like it.
