I'm a former golden gloves amateur boxer, now paleo enthusiast. eat your starch you need that absolutely. Eat vegs, good fats (saturated, monounsaturated, omega-3's from seafood) and lots of clean "safe starch" aka potatoes/yams/white rice. keep... (more)

I posted a question about IF and Paleo about a week ago (wanting to incorporate them both). I find myself struggling at times with Paleo (when serious weight-training and athletic performance is involved) and especially struggling with doing both... (more)

Sorry for the long title, but wanted to distinguish my Hack from other similar Hacks. I have been Paleo for almost 2 years now and have found it to be very beneficial for the various health issues, mostly digestive, I was having as well as... (more)

The first 2-3 weeks on Paleo, people lose weight rapidly, but it's not fat that you lose. When you stop eating wheat and other starches, your body lets go of several pounds worth of water weight. I don't know how long you were out of commission... (more)
