Pouring off the fat when you are cooking factory farmed beef or pork is appropriate, but not when the fat is from grass fed, pastured animals. That fat keeps the meat moist, adds flavor, and is good for you.

Aamir, I would perhaps reconsider how much protein you are eating. 90 grams for breakfast is what professional bodybuilders eat. Note that because you are a gastric bypass patient, you may want to be careful in the balance of you macronutrients... (more)
