not the low carb flu -- that's typically the first week or two (unless you dramatically dropped carbs after a week). Sounds like a bad case of allergies.

Try to make convenient meals that can be cooked in bulk and reused; this makes sticking to the plan much easier, and when you're buying things in large quantity it usually helps with the cost as well.

The evidence for eating more vegetables, less processed foods, and healthy fats is very substantiated. I personally have never felt better since going primal/paleo well over a year and a half ago.
