I'd go to the doc and try to get a comprehensive blood work if you haven't done any recently. I don't think anyone should feel that bad even on 25gr of carbs a day, even less if you are eating some rice, that should suffice IMHO, being so tired... (more)

DON'T GO INTO KETO. Paleo is not a keto diet. Keto will ruin your life. Eat plenty of fruits and veggies and ignore the sub 100 gram people. That's not Paleo. Paleo is NOT low carb. It's the right carbs.
