eat more veggies and less of everything else stay away from binge trigger foods even if they're nutritious e.g. nuts stick to 2-3 large meals and dont snack.

I agree with coffeesnob calories might be the culprit. Just because you are eating higher quality foods following paleo doesn't mean you can consume a higher quantity of calories. If weight loss is the goal both quality and quantity matter. ... (more)
