And even if it is secreted, insulin only works if there are actually carbs/glucose in the blood, right? That's why if you take an insulin shot fasted no carb it can kill you, even a small amount from what I understand. So it would have to be an... (more)

Hi! There are lots of information on how to protect liver from alcohol. But what about the other organs susceptible to it? Pancreas, brain, intestine? Are there any paleorecommendations for that?
