I'm a clean-slate kind of guy. So I would go with #2. Start fresh and rebuild. In my experience, 3 Doesn't really work 1 could work, but your are ice-skating up hill.

supposedly the parasites you can get from eating raw meat can be beneficial, i don't feel humans have the teeth for raw meat though so stopped eating it, a filet steak is really nice raw though

Sunflower seeds and vinegar? Pinworms are easily and safely treated with medication, why don't you go to your doctor? To be honest I don't really understand the paleo obsession with avoiding medications at all cost.

It should be fine. The FDA actually recommends you freeze fish and meat before eating it raw for 14 days to kill parasites, so I'm pretty sure you'll be fine. Especially if it's wild and it has stayed frozen the whole time and wasn't refrozen. (more)
