Hi I have researched this but can't find anything consistent. I believe risks shouldn't always be taken. I was once keen on eating raw oysters and clams but once I read even HEALTHY people can die from that virus it really makes you step back... (more)

I'm a clean-slate kind of guy. So I would go with #2. Start fresh and rebuild. In my experience, 3 Doesn't really work 1 could work, but your are ice-skating up hill.

supposedly the parasites you can get from eating raw meat can be beneficial, i don't feel humans have the teeth for raw meat though so stopped eating it, a filet steak is really nice raw though

Does the acid kill the parasites? Anyone use vinegar to make ceviche? (would that work just as well as lemon?) Which is more acidic, lemon or lime (or vinegar)?
