Just go back to eating the way you normally do. don't stress about it. Cheats happen, and the best thing to do is to go back to eating normal.

Unless you celebrate every weekend i would say you should drink your rum with coke! Get drunk, have some fun and don??t forget the late night binge on pizza or McD??s. Rum is not paleo. People just need to find excuses and they come up with... (more)

I usually eat a satiating meal before leaving the house. One I know that can last 4+ hours. Then I eat just the Paleo food and/or nothing.
