I don't have any other digestive issues, or leaky gut symptoms or anything like that. I don't even really have problems with my period... No cramps, mood swings, etc. Just, um, type 6 poop for one or two days. Any suggestions?

I find that whenever I need organ meats most in my diet (ie. period, intense training) I find them the least palatable, and instead want really palatable foods like fruits, nuts, chocolate, starchy vegetables, and fermented dairy?

Because the theory of cravings dictating one's dietary needs/gaps is not legit. Cravings are more psychological than physiological.
