I don't have any other digestive issues, or leaky gut symptoms or anything like that. I don't even really have problems with my period... No cramps, mood swings, etc. Just, um, type 6 poop for one or two days. Any suggestions?

This is fairly common with women that go too low on carbs. Try upping to 50-75 g a day via white rice. Split it up with each meal.

Sleep is very important for controlling food cravings. Make sure you go to sleep at a reasonable hour in a room with as little light as possible.

Totally normal. Your hormonal system changes because you eat a new diet. After a few months when your system has adapted and is in a nice balance, your period will be more regular than ever before.
