Since I've "gone Paleo" I've noticed a wonderful thing that I wonder is a fluke. Every month before my period, my breasts would get very tender, so much so that it hurt to walk sometimes. When I quit caffeine it would diminish, but not totally. ... (more)

It has been a very long time since I had any PMS issues. A friend was complaining recently about her sore boobs and cramps. I harkened back to High School which was when I would have similar issues. (I was on a long distance running lots of bread... (more)

I'm also thinking hormones. Have you have a hormone panel done? Spotting can be a sign of excess estrogen (or lack of progesterone) and that can certainly feed into cravings.
