I just wanted to inquire a little about diet pills... I figured they gotta be pretty bad for you, considering most have a laxative effect (so i've heard, correct me if i'm wrong) and really only help you to lose water weight. I also thought that... (more)

Freeform L-Lysine is pretty much going to be be 100% the same from every vendor. I've always liked Solgar when I can't decide between brands for various supplements. Also: don't just dose with Lysine -- make sure to keep Arginine low.

I think it's just going to take a few more months to let your hormones get back into balance. I've taken bio-identical Progesterone for peri-menopausal symptoms for the last year and have not noticed any increase in body fat, except when I... (more)

I don't believe that the optimal forms, co-factors, and bioavailability can be replicated with supplements. Magic pill syndrome and dietary reductionism have become so pervasive that many people now believe that junk food + multivitamin is... (more)
