Gluten sensitivity can cause gut inflammation that makes it hard to deal with egg protein. My wife had this as a major problem until we ditched gluten for good. After a few months she was able to eat eggs without any issue. Give it some time... (more)

I've been strict Paleo for a while now and my acne breakouts have gone down a lot but there still not gone so what am I doing wrong? I don't even use any skin products except for the occasional natural shampoo and natural sunscreen when I have to.... (more)
