Going to agree with samc but I would put a larger emphasis on weight lifting, the more muscle you have burning energy the less you have to watch what you eat to lose weight or keep it off. Also it's much more efficient to weight lift vs cardio... (more)

I had been following Paleo for about 4 weeks and lost 11lbs and was feeling so much better when I got stuck for no reason. I almost gave up, but I have been feeling so much better, I persevered and after 5 1/2 weeks I have lost another couple... (more)

Plateaus can be adjustment periods. Stick to your daily plan and accept that your body is adjusting. Don't analyze it yet, don't push it. If it lasts more than 2 months, evaluate what you're eating and see if there's a hidden aspect. Look for... (more)

I've gone 100% Paleo, lost about 15 lbs and have 20 more to go. I've plateaued for the last 10 - 12 days. Now what? I've read everywhere that you don't count calories, I have referred to Whole9 (30) about portion sizes to no avail... 50 Year old... (more)
